Terms & Conditions
Effective date:
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Individual Entrepreneur Myroshnichenko Dmytro, registered at 17 Tekstylna St., Bldg. 41, Kherson, Kherson District, Kherson Region, Ukraine ("Selltics", "we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Selltics platform — the dashboards, the Selltics AI Telegram bot, and related services (the "Service") — you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
2. The Service
Selltics is an analytics and automation platform for Amazon advertising data, with an AI assistant and a growing set of integrations. Selltics is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Telegram.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for business use by sellers, vendors, and agencies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this contract, and you must have the authority to connect every Amazon account you link to Selltics.
You are responsible for what happens under your account: keep control of the Amazon login and the Telegram account you use with Selltics, and make sure the people you give access to are authorized to act on the connected accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us at support@selltics.net and revoke the Amazon authorization; we will help secure the account.
Selltics may require two-factor authentication for your account, including before an Amazon account is connected. If you use it, keep your authenticator app and your recovery codes under your own control. If you lose both, we can restore access only after a manual identity check through support, which takes at least 24 hours.
4. Amazon and third-party platforms
You grant Selltics access to your Amazon advertising data through Amazon's OAuth flow and its defined scopes. You can revoke this authorization in your Amazon account at any time; revoking it stops data collection, and stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Amazon and Telegram are third-party platforms outside our control. Your use of them remains governed by their own terms, and you agree not to use Selltics in a way that breaches them. We are not responsible for their availability, API changes, rate limits, or decisions they take about your accounts; where such a change affects a Selltics feature, we will adapt the feature or say plainly that it no longer works.
5. Credits, payments, taxes, and refunds
- Your account holds one prepaid balance, denominated in US dollars. The word "credits" names only the Selltics AI metering unit: 1 credit = 1,000 LLM tokens, and 1,000 credits = $0.75. Connected profiles, advertiser accounts and portfolio capacity are priced per month in dollars, not in credits. An advertiser account is the Amazon Ads account a connected profile belongs to; it counts while at least one of its profiles is connected in the organization, and the first one of each organization is free. The current rates are published in the Service; this document does not fix them.
- No card is stored and nothing is ever charged to a card automatically: you top up your balance when you choose, from a minimum top-up of $10. Recurring charges — connected profiles, advertiser accounts, portfolio capacity, and the Company plan fee — are drawn hourly and pro-rated from that prepaid balance as they accrue, never from a payment method on file. Every activation of a profile or an advertiser account is charged for at least 24 hours, even when it is removed sooner.
- Plans. Each organization is on one of two plans: Single or Company. Every organization starts on Single, and a new personal organization is credited $5 once, at registration; there is no recurring grant. Topping up your balance does not change your plan. The Company plan costs $29 per month, requires a balance of at least $29 at the moment it is requested, and cannot be left once taken; it unlocks the Users & permissions section. An organization whose balance goes negative keeps its plan and keeps accruing charges.
- Your balance is consumed per feature, proportionally to actual usage. Before Selltics AI processes an unusually large result, it pauses and asks you to approve it, showing the estimated size of that result in tokens.
- Every charge is itemized in your transaction ledger.
- Every top-up is sold to you by Paddle — Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) or Paddle.com Inc (US) — our merchant of record and payment processor: you are redirected to Paddle's hosted checkout to pay, and your browser returns to your dashboard afterwards. Paddle hosts the card form; no card data reaches Selltics — we never receive your card number or CVV, and no card is stored for later use. The charge appears on your card statement under Paddle's name. Individual Entrepreneur Myroshnichenko Dmytro, the party named in Section 1, operates the Service and is not the seller on your card charge.
- Taxes and invoices: published rates and top-up amounts exclude VAT and sales tax. At checkout Paddle calculates any applicable VAT or sales tax from your billing location and the tax id you provide, shows it in the total before you pay, and remits it to the tax authority. The amount credited to your balance is the top-up amount before tax. Paddle issues the invoice and receipt for every top-up.
- Rates may change with at least 30 days' notice on this page and by email to your account address; changes apply prospectively and never to usage already charged. This notice covers changes to existing rates.
- Advertiser accounts. The charge for advertiser accounts — the first advertiser account of an organization free, each further one $3 per month — is a new charge, not a change to an existing rate. It applies from the publication of this version of the Terms, on its effective date above, without the 30 days' notice that covers changes to existing rates, and only to usage from that time on.
- If your balance reaches zero, new paid operations — a Selltics AI run, or connecting a profile, adding an advertiser account, or enabling a portfolio action beyond the free allowance — stop being authorized until you top it up again: nothing is deleted, no account is suspended, and no card is charged. What is already accruing does not stop: usage already in flight is charged when it finishes, and the recurring charges above — connected profiles, advertiser accounts, portfolio capacity, and the Company plan fee — keep being drawn hourly for as long as the organization holds them, so the balance can go below zero and stay there. The shortfall is settled from your next top-up. A recurring charge ends when you remove what it charges for; the Company plan fee cannot be given up (see Plans above) and ends only when the account is closed under Section 15.
- If your bank reverses a card payment (a chargeback), Paddle, as the merchant of record, handles the dispute and reports the reversal to us; we record it as its own entry in your transaction ledger and deduct the reversed amount from your balance. That can leave the balance below zero; a negative balance does not by itself suspend your account, delete anything, or change your plan — new paid operations simply stop being authorized until it is positive again, while the recurring charges above keep accruing.
- Refunds: balance that has not been consumed is refundable on request within 14 days of the top-up that funded it; balance already consumed is not refundable. Refunds are requested by email at support@selltics.net and are returned by Paddle to the original payment method; the refunded amount is deducted from the balance of the account that was topped up.
6. Included allowances and fair use
Connected profiles and portfolio actions include a free allowance; the current allowances are published in the Service, and usage above them is charged to your prepaid balance in dollars. Selltics AI runs have no free allowance — they draw on your prepaid balance from the first run. Allowances may be adjusted over time with reasonable notice. We may apply technical limits that protect the platform from abuse (excessive automated load, quota circumvention, resale of access).
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of Amazon's or Telegram's terms.
- Do not scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering.
- Do not attempt to bypass metering, quotas, or security controls, and do not share one account across organizations to circumvent quotas.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the platform, and do not access it by automated means outside the features designed for that.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service or build a derivative or competing product from it, except where law expressly permits.
- Do not impersonate another person or company or provide false account information.
8. Your data
Your data remains yours. You grant Selltics only the limited, non-exclusive license needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to operate the Service. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for marketing, and we do not use one seller's data to advise, benchmark, or build products for another. How data is collected, protected, and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
Where you submit personal data for which you are the controller under the GDPR or similar law, Selltics processes it as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and includes the current subprocessor list.
9. Automation
Budget changes and other campaign actions execute according to your instructions and configuration. You are responsible for the automations you enable and for their outcomes in your Amazon Ads account. Review scheduled actions before enabling them.
10. AI output
Selltics AI generates answers with a large language model. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Verify important numbers before acting on them.
11. Beta features
Features labeled beta, preview, or experimental are offered so you can try them early. They may change, break, carry separate limits, or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and they are excluded from any availability commitments. Feedback on them is especially welcome.
12. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without restriction, obligation, or compensation — and without any claim by us to your underlying data.
13. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and fast, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing; maintenance windows and third-party outages can interrupt it. Features may evolve, be replaced, or be discontinued; material removals will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to stop using the Service (see Sections 5 and 15 for your balance and termination).
14. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and its branding belong to Individual Entrepreneur Myroshnichenko Dmytro. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business while these Terms are in force. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Selltics intellectual property to you — or any of your data ownership to us (Section 8).
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, and where practical we will warn you first so the breach can be cured. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy, and any remaining balance is handled per Section 5. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 14, and 16 through 20 — continue to apply.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows such warranties to be disclaimed.
Advertising metrics come from Amazon's APIs. Attribution windows, reporting delays, and API behavior mean figures in Selltics can lag or differ from what an Amazon console shows at a given moment; Selltics numbers are a working view of your data, not an accounting record.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selltics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost advertising performance. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the amounts you paid to Selltics in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
18. Indemnity
You will indemnify Selltics against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@selltics.net — we commit to at least 30 days of good-faith negotiation before either side starts formal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way belong exclusively to the courts of Ukraine.
20. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum are the whole agreement between you and Selltics about the Service, replacing any earlier discussions.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision today does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor in a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices. We send notices inside the Service or to the email on your account; you send notices to support@selltics.net.
- Sanctions and export laws. You may not use the Service in violation of applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are published on this page with a new effective date before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service before it takes effect and contact us about any remaining balance. This version of the Terms is effective as of October 23, 2026.
